Description
Boasting fine whole leaves, this tea has a unique smoked scent to them owing to their method of preparation where it is smoked over a pine tree giving it this very same smoky yet pleasantly woody aroma. This smoky scent underlies a golden liquor with a surprisingly mild yet full-bodied flavor to these teas. Excellent with savory and spicy dishes.
This is best served by preparing 2.5g in 250ml of water in 95 degree Celsius for 3 minutes.
