Description
A tea grown in the Darjeeling Region of India; this tea consists of fine elegant delicate leaves that yield a sweet, flowery, pale green liquor accompanied by an intense fragrance. This fragrance is oft described as flowery with notes of honey and hazelnut. Slightly astringent with a long finish, despite this being a black tea, it must not be drunk with milk or sugar.
3g of leaves in 95-degree Celsius water steeped for 3 minutes yields a fuller, grander flavor.
