Chun Mee or Zhenmei tea is a sweet, balanced tea with its name meaning “Precious Eyebrows” due to the shape the green tea leaves take on once hand rolled. When brewed, has
a golden green liquor. When consumed, one can taste a tangy sweetness, with a well-rounded flavor, finishing delicately with a flowery aftertaste.
This is best enjoyed when using 6 grams
brewed in 80 degrees Celsius of 250ml water.
