Grown in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, it has a woody taste, infuses into a thick, concentrated, amber-colored liquor and has the aroma of chestnuts and hazelnuts leaving a strong, rich, and woody flavor that lingers in the mouth. Allegedly, drinking this aids in achieving a long life.
This is best consumed by pouring 95 degrees Celsius water over 2.5g of tea leaves per 250ml for 5 to 7 minutes.
